Upon agreeing to a Content Laundry package, payment is required in full prior to commencement of service. Failure to make or default of a payment will result in the freezing of the service until payment is made. 

Should The Client wish to cancel they are entitled to at any time and must notify Content Laundry in writing. Should The Client cancel within the first twenty-four (24) hours they will be refunded in full. Should The Client cancel after this period but before any material has been delivered they will be refunded at 80% of the purchase price. Should The Client cancel after any material has been delivered or videos have been produced they will be refunded at 80% of the purchase price minus the cost of any videos made.

The Client is solely responsible for their own equipment, and those who use it, whilst it is in their possession and accepts full responsibility for loss or damage to the equipment. The Client is solely responsible for ensuring that the equipment is on and running during filming. Content Laundry cannot be held responsible for the lack of footage, poor quality of filming and/or the loss of phones/memory cards.

In the unlikely event that Content Laundry cannot perform the full services agreed upon; the subscription will be void and no further payments will be required. Content Laundry will take the utmost care with respect to delivery, editing and storage of final video footage.

The Client is required to supply all necessary footage accompanied by a completed form including direction, key messaging, style, and length (length will never exceed one minute in total). It is The Client's responsibility to ensure that all direction on form is completed in full. The final production will be supplied to the client no later than 48 hours from receiving form and all material. The final production is final and a re-edit of any production will count as a new video unless The Client can expressly identify that the direction on the form was not followed. In this event a new edit will be supplied at no cost to The Client.

Videos will be delivered to The Client via internet transfer within two (2) business days of receiving material and full direction. Business days do not include Weekends or Public Holidays. If material is delivered outside of working hours [9am-5pm Monday to Friday] the final video will be delivered two (2) business days from the following business day. In the event The Client sends material for multiple videos at once, the first video will be delivered within two (2) business days then the following videos will be delivered one at a time in 24 hour increments. 

The Client agrees to indemnify Content Laundry and its employees and agents from and against any and all losses, damages, claims, or liability of any kind whatsoever, including legal expenses, arising from the use, condition (including, without limitation, latent or other defects) or operation of the equipment.

Video’s are produced for The Clients internal or external use. The Client assumes all liability of any form of copyright infringement and is responsible for any personal releases. The acquiring of talents’ permission of sound and/or visual involvement in productions is solely the responsibility of the Client. Content Laundry will not be held responsible for the unsolicited involvement of any party involved in any production.

Content Laundry videos have an expiry period of sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. Content Laundry will notify The Client of the expiry date upon purchase, at thirty (30) days and and fifty (50) days. Should The Client’s video/videos expire there will be no refund.

In the event that circumstances arise that are beyond Content Laundry’s control our liability is limited. Circumstances beyond our control include, but are not limited to: acts of nature, electrical power failures, strikes, labour disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, fires, flood, storms, explosions, war, governmental actions, non performance of third parties, or loss or fluctuations of electrical power. Content Laundry shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such a failure or delay is due to Force Majeure.
